Surface inspection focuses on identifying cracks, forging defects, burrs, uneven forging marks, and coating issues. A smooth and consistent surface is important for proper lifting clutch engagement and corrosion resistance performance. Our inspectors carefully check every batch after forging and surface treatment processes. For galvanized products, coating thickness and uniformity are also evaluated. This ensures that the lifting anchors maintain both functional safety and long-term durability during storage, transportation, and construction use.
