Most of our team has over 10 years of forging experience and follows a strict process control—from heating temperature to forging pressure—to ensure stronger and more reliable products. We work closely with surface treatment facilities that specialize in electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. The workshops are outfitted with automated zinc coating lines and real-time thickness monitoring systems, ensuring a more uniform and corrosion-resistant finish. Depending on your application, we can recommend and apply the most suitable surface treatment. Compared with untreated anchors, our galvanized lifting anchors have a much longer lifespan and better resistance to harsh environments.

From tensile strength to hardness, from coating thickness to material composition analysis, every inspection follows strict protocols aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
