Details of 125 Galvanized Slip on Pipe Fittings 90 Degree Elbow:
Introduction:
125 90 Degree Elbow is one of the most widely used Slip on Pipe Fittings. It can be used in a variety of structures and systems. For example:
Handrail system: connect the upright and handrail rail at the end of the handrail system.
Guardrail system: connect two 90° rails to provide a 90° right angle for the system.
DIY structure: connect two perpendicular pipes to end the structure or substructure. Commonly used in cubes, cuboids, or structures with square or rectangular bases and platforms.
Its structure: It has two sockets, each with two threaded holes for installing two hexagon socket bolts. The material of these two bolts is stainless steel.
Slip on Pipe Fittings:
It is a kind of pipe and fittings made by Kee Klamp that can quickly assemble a guardrail, handrail and many other creative structures. It is very simple to install and the structure is very strong. It has irreplaceable advantages over welding and threaded pipe fittings.
Production:
It is made of cast iron, mostly malleable cast iron, which can be replaced by ductile iron in many environments. Its production process is: through making sand molds, sand cores, smelting metal, pouring, cooling, sand removal, cutting, shot blasting, and surface treatment. Among them, sand casting can decide which modeling method to use according to the order quantity to control the order cost.
Installation:
It is used to connect the ends of two pipes together to form a 90 degree angle. When using, insert the two pipes into the two sockets of the elbow. Use the Allen Key to tighten the bolts above to complete the installation.
Note:
It is used during system assembly and cannot be used in a completed system.
